The Challenge

TechRise began redefining the classically traditional real estate market and came to Stream wanting to get their message out directly to developing startups as potential tenants. We needed to create a solution that highlighted their tenant-first flexible leasing approach that hadn't been seen throughout the industry.

My Role

The "Right Space, Right Time" campaign was developed through an understanding that TechRise was taking a new approach to leasing their property in order to attract the right tenants that could grow with them. I interviewed tenants and real estate experts with an emphasis on

Conclusion

We were able to connect with new tenants through social media that wouldn't normally be in tune with what was happening within the community allowing us the opportunity to lease the property to new and developing companies to help facilitate growth.
